Hey there! I'm not just your average music teacher, I'm a music fanatic with over a decade of experience under my belt, as well as lots of certifications and my degree in music! From teaching the basics to fine-tuning the skills of budding musicians, I've got it all covered.

As the proud owner of Medicine Hat Music Lessons, I have created an environment where students can not only learn to play an instrument but also discover their true passion for music. Whether it's strumming the guitar, tickling the ivories on a piano, or finding harmony with a violin, my mission is to unleash the inner rockstar in each and every one of my students.

When I'm not busy transforming individuals into extraordinary musicians, you'll find me basking in the warmth of my husband's love and cuddling up with our pets. Because life isn't just about teaching others; it's about cherishing those precious moments that make our hearts sing.

Joey M.

Starting from a young age, Joey Miller has been musically inclined. Starting saxophone lessons in elementary school, he has developed his musical skills over the past 20 years. Wanting to be a DJ from the age of 8 onwards, he has been on an upward climb ever since! Joey enjoys a variety of music styles, including dubstep, dub, bass, house, top 40, & many more. Joey has been running Black Light DJ Service, a successful DJ and live audio company, for the past 18 years. He is also a member of the EDM music production duo Rebewt with Jerahmiah Gutfreund, as well as the up and coming record label Rebewt Records.

Abbie P.

My name is Abbigale Pullan. My dad is from England and my mom is from Canada. I have always had a love for kids and music.

Most people think that worksheets and repetition can be super boring, but being the oldest sibling of four I’ve had a lot of experience making boring things fun.

Drawing is another one of my many talents. I love making drawings for my students and I love it when they start to challenge my skills.

When I was around the age of 8 or younger I picked up my first guitar. I remember that wherever we went on road trips I would only listen to red solo cup.

I got my first guitar when my grandma died of kidney failure. She had wanted me to play an instrument and now I am; both out of my own love of music and fulfilling her wish.

From a very young age my moms friends were always telling her that I was going somewhere in life, and that whatever I put my mind to I would succeed in it. A lot of people have expectations for me in school and at home that I surpass very often.

It isn’t just guitar that tickles my fancy. I also used to do competitive swimming, and I also did dance and we would perform on Canada day. One of my favourite things to do is horseback riding and taking care of the farm. Someday I do hope to try to learn voice and dj-ing as well as banjo.

Christian Saulnier-Ferguson is a guitar player, drummer, pianist and composer in Medicine Hat Alberta. He is self taught, studying jazz since his late teens. Christian performs live in a variety of settings and genres, including jazz, rock, funk, and experimental music. He has contributed to many projects, including the Ciara Hager Quartet, and his own improvisational trio, BATSU.
